Fitoutly is made by a practising interior architect, not a support department. Whatever you write about — a bug, an invoice, or whether the app suits the way you work — the reply comes from the person who built it.

Before you write about a problem
Two things make a fix much faster, and neither takes long:
- Which platform and version — Windows, macOS, iPad, Android.
- The product link, if a page did not read correctly. Shops differ, and seeing the exact page is usually enough to fix it for everyone.
A bug report from someone doing real work is worth more to us than a sale — see the refund policy, which says the same thing.

Fitoutly is made and licensed by Peter Laszlo E.V. (sole proprietor), registered in Hungary. Registration number 51778431, EU VAT number HU68459844.
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so invoices and refunds are issued by them on our instruction.
