Refunds and cancellation

The short version

There is a free version. Try it first, on your own projects, for as long as you want — that is the honest way to find out whether Fitoutly suits how you work.

If you buy and it turns out not to, write to hello@fitoutly.com within 14 days and we will refund you. You do not need to justify it.

Who processes the refund

Purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so Paddle issues the invoice and returns the money to the card or account you paid from. We instruct them; the payment mechanics are theirs. Expect the money back within 5–10 working days of approval, depending on your bank.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

If you buy as a consumer rather than for a business, EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.

For downloadable software, EU law lets a seller end that right early once the download begins, if you agreed to it at checkout. We do not use that waiver. Whether or not you have downloaded, installed or used the software, the 14 days stand — the statutory right and our own policy above are the same promise.

Business purchases are not distance consumer contracts, so the statutory right does not apply — our own 14-day policy above does.

Subscriptions

What you doWhat happens
Cancel a monthly or annual plan It keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops renewing. No partial refund for the remainder.
A renewal payment fails Paddle retries for a few days. Your licence stays active meanwhile, and lapses only if the retries do not succeed.
Cancel within 14 days of the first payment Full refund under the policy above.

Cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt, or write to us and we will do it for you.

Perpetual licences

A perpetual licence is a single payment with no renewal. The 14-day policy applies to it in the same way. After that it is yours to keep, and nothing further is charged.

When we may decline

We will say no only where a refund is plainly being used to take the product without paying for it — for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same account. We will tell you why rather than simply refusing.

Something broken rather than unwanted?

Write to hello@fitoutly.com before asking for a refund. Most problems turn out to be fixable, and a bug report from someone doing real work is worth more to us than the sale.
